Who are we? Vista is one of the oldest and largest local charities in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We have been working with people with sight loss and their families for over 150 years. Our aim is to promote eye health to reduce sight loss; reduce the impact of sight loss; and provide support for those with sight loss.
Why are we carrying out the survey? We are carrying out a survey to better understand how we can support children and young people with sight loss across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland now and in the future.
What will I have to do? We have produced a short questionnaire to capture information about you, the services you may have used and your experience of these services.
Will the information be kept confidential and secure? All information is completely anonymous and will be kept in accordance with our Information Governance Policy and Data Protection Policy. No identifiable personal information will be recorded.
