As part of its 70th birthday celebrations, the NHS in England is setting out a long term plan for its future. Improving health services for children and young people is an important part of this.  What could be improved?  

What do you think should be done to make the NHS better for young people?

There's just seven quick questions here that shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes  to complete.  The survey is anonymous, and will be used by the Young People's Health Partnership (a group of charities) to help the NHS improve its services for young people.
