Introduction

Scampton Airshow Limited, organiser of the Scampton Airshow, gift our profits to our parent charity the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust (RAFCT). To maximise these profits for our own charitable causes we therefore have to carefully monitor the number of free entry tickets that are issued to other organisations for fundraising events.

As a major visitor attraction, situated at RAF Scampton, Lincolnshire, we would like to support our local community as much as possible.

In order to manage the process of donating free tickets to other groups, organisations and charities the following criteria applies. Ticket donations will be considered for the following:

1. Schools and community groups situated locally to RAF Scampton.

2. Organisations or other registered charities whose work clearly supports or relates to our own mission: to PROMOTE the Royal Air Force, to SUPPORT its people now and into the future and to ENCOURAGE air-mindedness and the aviation-related education of youth. 

3. Dependent on the number of applications a limited number of tickets may also be available for groups, organisations and charities that fall outside the above categories.

We will consider applications, based on the above criteria on a monthly basis commencing January 2017. A limited number will be issued each month and successful applications will be notified by letter or email.

If you have not been contacted within 28 days of applying your application has, unfortunately, not been successful on this occasion. We would like to respond to every request that we receive but must use our limited resources carefully. We hope you understand our policy on this.

The closing date for charity and raffle ticket applications is May 31 2017. 

The ticket donation will comprise two adult standard admission tickets valid for Sunday 10 September 2017. Children aged 15 years and under have free admission to Scampton Airshow and we do not restrict the number of children per ticket holding adult.
