Time to Change want to support organisations of all sizes in prioritising employee wellbeing and firmly establishing a culture of open conversation around mental health. In keeping with this, we are looking to offer more support to start-ups and small organisations. We are seeking to tailor our materials and activity ideas within these sectors so that we can best support you in your journey to promoting positive mental health in the workplace!

To do this, we are carrying out research to help us understand what it means to be a start-up, and what the needs of start-ups are around opening this conversation. As part of this research we are conducting short interviews with start-ups and small organisations, and conducting a survey.
