Thank you for reading this. I would like to invite you to take part in my research study by completing this questionnaire. It is entirely up to you whether you participate but your responses would be valued. My study is a new proposal for a snack product which has a primary ingredient of tomato. The aim of this questionnaire is to understand the target audience for this product and the opinions of the market as well as the product I am proposing. I neither need your name nor any identifying details; the questionnaire can be completed anonymously, and all reasonable steps will be taken to ensure confidentiality.  Responses from completed questionnaires will be collated for analysis; once this is complete the data will be stored in my account which only I am able to access, and after analysis all data will be deleted.
