This survey is intended for any third sector organisations that use, or aspire to use, corporate volunteers. All responses are voluntary and anonymous. The survey should take 15-20 minutes to complete.
The results will be shared publicly, but please feel free to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like us to share the results with you directly. If you're interested in a follow up interview, please indicate this at the end of the survey.
Note: We define 'corporate volunteering' as the practice of working with volunteers in their capacity as the employees of a company (also known as employee volunteering or employer supported volunteering).
The people behind this research:
The Corporate Volunteering Network was established in 2009 in response to growing demand for corporate volunteering opportunities. We are an inclusive group of third sector organisations who come together to discuss corporate volunteering, share best practice, and get advice. We currently have over 150 representatives and are always welcoming more. For details on upcoming meetings and to join our group, search for us on LinkedIn or get in touch by email.
Purpose of this research:
Since January, our steering group has been working together to undertake this research. We hope to give the whole sector a clearer idea of current trends, and to gain an informed understanding of the attitudes towards corporate volunteering. We're also hoping to be able to better articulate the business case for engaging in it, and to provide some learning materials around best practice and how to overcome some of the challenges in this space.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Your contribution is much appreciated.
