Dear Parent/Carer

We would be really grateful if you could complete our online-safety survey. There are 10 questions to answer, which have been chosen by pupils within the Trust.

Online-safety is about the protection of children whilst they are using the internet and digital technologies.

Whilst our school strives to empower your children with the knowledge to stay safe, it is important that you have a good awareness of the risks and dangers yourself.

If you would like any advice on any of the topics covered in this survey, or have any questions, please feel free to contact our Trust Online Safety Coordinator Melissa Scott at melissa.scott@galaxytrust.co.uk.

Thanks for taking the time.
