We want to design a running coaching programme that meets your objectives, be that to improve your speed, strength, stamina, to train for a specific event or just to enjoy your running. In order to help us design a suitable training and coaching programme that meets the needs of as many people as possible, we've designed the following survey to collect your thoughts and ideas.
