APP Focus Group - Expressions Of Interest

Thank you for your interest in taking part in our Access and Participation Planning Focus Groups. These focus groups are being delivered by Chester Students' Union in partnership with the University of Chester's Directorate of Access, Skills and Apprenticeships.

Any personally identifying information you share, today in this survey or at any future focus groups you may be invited to, will remain confidential and will not be transferred to a third party beyond this partnership without your express consent. Information you provide with regard to your experiences and opinions may be shared as part of reports, promotional materials or other work products related to the survey and focus groups. Prior to its inclusion in any work product, information of this kind you provide will be comprehensively anonymised.

You may withdraw your consent to your information being handled or shared in this way up to the point said information will be anonymised beyond recovery; 14 days after submitting this survey, or 7 days after participating in a focus group. You can do so by emailing CSU's Data Protection Officer at csudata@chester.ac.uk.
