Personal Injury Consultation Survey

Following publication by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) of its consultation on reforming the soft-tissue injury (whiplash) claims process, First4Lawyers is running a survey amongst PI practitioners to gauge their reaction to the announcement and future business plans, and also seek views on the prospect of a significant extension of fixed recoverable costs more generally.
 
This survey replaces the earlier survey we were running on confidence in the market prior to the consultation announcement being made. The survey will take no longer than five minutes to complete and all answers will be treated confidentially. You need to answer all the questions for your views to count.
