100% of survey complete.
In relation to our 2016 ICE plan, SPEN is seeking to identify the potential for further refinements to the customer connections process and in particular where land rights are required. We consider the best way to do this is to seek the views and experiences of our customers. This will allow a more specific and detailed examination of any issues within the wider process. To this end we would appreciate 10 minutes of your time to answer the following questions. Following evaluation of the responses we will take forward a plan of action to address any issues identified. We will communicate that plan to you.

Please base your answers on your most recent relevant project.
