Your Rent, Your Home

We would like to hear your views on the Rent and Services Charges that you pay. The current cost of living crisis is placing a lot of pressure on everyone and the services we provide, so your views will help us plan the year ahead and feed directly into decisions made by our Board.

For example last year our Board of Management listened to your feedback and lowered the increase to your Core Rent from the inflation rate of 10.1% to an average of 6.4% across our housing stock to help with affordability of rents.
