Pelvic floor problems related to pregnancy and childbirth

Pregnancy and childbirth increase the risk of developing pelvic floor problems, and these can be more common than you think with 1 in 3 women and birthing people experiencing urinary leakage (incontinence), and 1 in 12 will experience pelvic organ prolapse (a descent of one of the pelvic organs into the vagina).

We would appreciate your time to complete the following survey to tell us if you have experienced any pelvic floor problems since having a baby. The Perinatal Pelvic Health Project is working to improve the pelvic health care that women and birthing people in Norfolk & Waveney receive during pregnancy and after birth. We thank you for your feedback.
