Exit Community Pharmacy Pressures Survey This survey is anonymous. It asks you only to identify which Primary Care Network (PCN) your pharmacy is based in. The survey does not capture and will not identify your pharmacy. Please complete this survey so that we can be aware of the issues that you are currently facing. We will use this information in our discussions with CCGs to highlight the pressures pharmacy teams are facing, including any pressures as a result of displaced patients. For your peace of mind and in order to capture open feedback, we repeat, that no pharmacy details will be captured or identified through this survey.Your feedback is really important – if CPWY is not aware of the issues that you are facing, we are not able to support getting these issues resolved. Your feedback will help make change happen. This survey can be completed as often as you wish to update us on changes or new issues and to keep us up-to-date as to the current issues.
