The Rapid Investigation Service runs a non-site specific cancer pathway which was launched with a phased roll out over the last 12 months across Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

The pathway aims to fulfil previously un-met need for patients presenting with non-specific symptoms who do not meet the NG12 referral criteria for existing site specific pathways.

The service is fully virtual, and centralised, offering access to primary care across the Wessex region.

The service is now one year from launch and looking to evaluate itself using multiple feedback routes including this survey so that we can continue to evolve and improve the service offer.

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and your feedback would be highly valued as part of our review and evaluation process.
