Filling Good Delivery Survey

Hello, for those who don't know us, Filling Good is Maidenhead's refill shop.  We are a community benefit society owned by local residents, mostly run by volunteers and not for profit.  We are considering setting up a delivery service to make it easier for customers to  shop with us and would be very grateful if you could complete our survey to see if this would be a welcomed service.  Many thanks in advance.  Sophie
1.Would you like Filling Good to offer a delivery service?
2.If you are already a customer, on average how frequently do you visit the shop?
3.If we had a delivery service, do you think your visits to the shop would reduce?
4.What products would you like to see offered as part of our delivery service?
5.What refill product(s) in particular would you love to get delivered?
6.Would you be interested in buying bulk quantities (5 litre) of liquid cleaning product? (the container can be returned and the supplier will reuse it)
7.Would you prefer a delivery charge (£6.00) or a minimum order (£45) for free delivery?
8.Would you be happy with a small returnable deposit on the branded container we will use to deliver your products in? (amount to be confirmed)
9.Would delivery on a Monday PM or Tuesday suit you.  If not, please specify what day/time would be prefereable in comments box below
