Welcome to our Coast story sharing SHORT questionnaire.  This survey is for collecting single stories.  if you would like to do our full survey allowing multiple entries please use this link -  https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/COAST-WEB - or visit www.coast.scot and click the 'full' survey.

We have a few questions set out for you -  no story is too big or too small and simple notes will do if that works best for you.  You may find it easier to type the story out first in a Word or other document and then cut and paste into this form. 

And do feel free to come back and do this again if new stories come to mind.  If you come direct to our questionnaire you will find much more information on this exciting project on our website www.coast.scot
