A vision for Lifeboat Road: National Trust community consultation

Local consultation shows support for the idea of toilets and a café at Lifeboat Road. We have asked four architects to generate posters illustrating what new visitor facilities could look like and how they could fit into the coastal landscape.

These are not final designs to choose between – we want to use the images to help think about what type of facilities will work for Formby.

Now we need your input…

The visitor hub needs to:

1. fit into the coastal landscape, and support nature conservation.
2. be of value to regular visitors and local people.
3. provide the facilities visitors require and offer good access to the rest of the site.
