Thank you for taking part in CN's 2019 mental health survey.
This survey is for anyone working in any job in construction. It is anonymous, there are 22 questions and it will take 10 minutes to complete.

By 'mental health problem', we mean a diagnosis (made by yourself or a health professional) such as anger, depression, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, loneliness, stress, panic attacks or schizophrenia.
Some of the questions deal with themes that may be upsetting, such as experiencing suicidal thoughts and feelings. In the UK, the Samaritans can be contacted by dialling (free) 116 123.
