In September 2014 changes were made to the way children and young people with special educational needs and disability (SEND) are supported. The new reforms, the Children & Families Act 2014, aims to improve the system by giving more importance to the views, wishes and feelings of children and young people and their families and carers.

Rainbow Parents Carers Forum would like to consult our network. Collecting your views, will help influence local practice and policy.
