Sometimes when lots of young people contact us it can mean that there's a queue to get through. So we want to make the wait for a counsellor as easy as possible - and we want your help to do that.

We'd like to ask a few questions about what you do when you're waiting for a counsellor, and what might help while you're waiting.

You won't be asked to share any personal information, and your answers will be completely anonymous.

The questions below should take no longer than 5 minutes to answer. If you want support at any time, remember you can speak to a Childline counsellor.
