Recovery - The Midlothian Promise

In accordance with the Scottish Government Route Map, published on the 21st May 2020, the Council is planning for the reopening of services. CLL would like to know what is important to you and your community, particularly how and where we deliver our services.

We have a statutory duty to offer an adequate and efficient range of services across Midlothian.  We have income targets to meet which includes deliverering contracts for other agencies, hiring of rooms/buildings and fees for classes.

There are various options, from small socially distanced groups to online courses, training and meetings. We imagine we can offer a mix of these but would really like to hear your views about what to offer more or less of.

Thank you for taking the time to help us with this feedback which will help us plan the next steps in recovery.
