Culture and Fire Safety Study

Introduction

Thank you for taking part in this study. Its purpose is to learn about you, your community and what you think about fire safety. This is so that we can improve how we communicate fire safety advice to different communities in the future. I understand the purpose of the research, what my involvement will be in it and agree to take part.

I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I am free to withdraw from the project at any time, up to the point of completion, without having to give a reason and without any consequences.

I understand that while information gained during the study may be published, I will not be identified, and my personal results will remain confidential.

I understand that anonymised data (i.e. data which do not identify me personally) cannot be withdrawn once they have been included in the final report.
