This is a survey to understand your experiences of the Children and Families Act 2014 and how it compares to previous law. We are interested in hearing from parent carers, young people and professionals.
We will use the results of this survey to help us understand how the Act is working, as well as where further support may be needed. Analysis of the results will be shared with the Department for Education, but we will not share individual responses to questions. We do not need to know your specific circumstances and only ask for your region and whether you are a parent carer, young person or practitioner to aid our analysis. No personally identifiable information about you will be collected or published.
