YOUR CHANCE TO TELL US WHAT YOU THINK

7% of survey complete.
We would like to hear your views about the proposals for community facilities (a community space and a local shop) as part of the redevelopment of the Centrepoint Community Centre site on Raphael Drive.

Watford Borough Council and Watford Community Housing are working in partnership to deliver new social housing on the Centrepoint site, which will provide much needed homes for Watford families.

The plans currently include 17 new homes,  a community space and a local shop.  There will also be parking allocated for the new homes and the community facilities, space for cycle storage and a small outdoor activity area.

Your views
There are two opportunities for you to tell us what you think about the proposals for Centrepoint:

1. Engagement on the community facilities
This is your chance to tell us what you think about the community space and the shop proposals and ways to get involved include completing this survey. We are also providing paper copies of the survey for anyone who prefers to feedback this way. The survey is open until 9 December 2018.

2. Planning consultation
Whilst the above is the best way to shape the proposals for the community facilities and to give us some initial feedback on the plans, the scheme will have to go through a statutory planning process, just like any other development.

This is when you can tell us what you think about the final plans that we have developed for the site, including the design of the homes and how well you think they fit into the area.  This takes place once the plans have been submitted to the council, which we are expecting to be just before Christmas.
