You know the area you live in best. As part of the Local Housing Services Offer, which we launched in October 2019, we want to work in partnership with you to improve the area you live in.
Please take this five-minute survey to identify what the top five priority issues are on your estate
Answers will be captured in a ‘My Estate Action Plan’, which is a list of the most commonly requested actions residents would like us to deliver.
Please be assured that all your feedback is appreciated and will be shared with the relevant teams. The purpose of these plans are to address smaller scale but high profile issues. While we will work with you on addressing any issues raised where we can, please bear in mind that we may not be able to fully resolve more complex issues such as major works as part of this process.
