About this application form

We are delighted that you are interested in joining Teach First's Careers and Employability Leadership Programme.
This application form takes approximately fifteen minutes to complete. Bullet points can be used for text responses.
The form should be completed by the Careers Leader or aspiring Careers Leader in the school. Where this is not possible, a member of the Senior Leadership team is preferred.

During your application, you will be asked about the following topics:
  • Programme requirements
  • Contact and school details
  • Details of your school current careers provision
  • Details of the Careers Leader identified to participate in the programme
  • How you will ensure sustainability of the programme impact
We plan to close applications in April 2019 and you should find out whether your application has been accepted by May 2019. We will give preference to earlier applications and schools that have a high need for support in Careers.
