Employer core competency requirements

The Care Careers project aims to attract right-fit employees to the care sector and help employers achieve recruitment goals. As a foundation of project work, we need a clear picture of what employers view as ‘core competency’ requirements. In other words, what skills, knowledge, and attributes a person needs to have before starting work in your organisation. We have listed a range of core competencies for your consideration. If we have missed anything crucial, you can add more core competency info in the last section of the survey. Many thanks for your contribution!
