Criteria
Judges will be looking for a business which has 
demonstrated some or all of the following:

- Made a positive contribution to the local community
- Spends extra effort bringing the community together
- Helps others and goes out of their way for charity
- Donates staff time to support local initiatives

This award aims to recognise hardworking and enthusiastic employees and to reward their skills and performance within the work place.
Criteria
Judges will be looking for a business which has 
demonstrated some or all of the following:

- A positive and dedicated attitude in the workplace, being helpful and cooperative
- Acts as a team member through working relations and encourages teamwork, whilst promoting harmony with their co-workers and motivating others to maintain exemplary work standards
- Is in good standing with maintaining punctuality and dependability, demonstrating exemplary timekeeping with high attendance and justified absences
- Produces work above and beyond’ norm’
- Consistently recognises and meets the needs and requirements of customers
