Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council Pitches Survey 2017

Whilst this questionnaire is specific to Rugby, similar questionnaires are being sent to the following sports: Association Football, Athletics, Cricket, Gaelic Games, Hockey, Outdoor Bowls and Tennis.

There are 41 questions in this questionnaire; it will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. The questionnaire has been designed to make completion straight forward, the majority of the questions are one click or drop down menus.

The information provided will be used by Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council to inform their Pitches Condition Survey and Strategy. This will be a public document; by completing this questionnaire you give permission for any information collected to be made public. Thanks for taking the time to complete this questionnaire.

Two public consultation events are planned to help inform the strategy on the following dates:
