Caudwell Children Eligibility Criteria

The child you are applying for must be less than 19 years old. The whole application process must be completed before their 19th birthday.

The child and their parents or guardians must be living legally in the United Kingdom.

The child must have a chronic illness or disability.

You and your partner together earn less than £45,000 before tax each year. If you earn more than this we are unfortunately unable to help.

As part of the application process you will be willing to complete a short survey on quality of life measures.

As part of the application process you will be willing to be contacted in the future to discuss the effectiveness of the Get Sensory Pack.
