Stalls at St Leonards Festival (Warrior Gardens)

This form is for Warrior Square Gardens, where there will be food, community and selected merchandising stalls.
St Leonards Festival is a free family festival on Saturday 10th July 2021 from 12 noon until 6pm. There is an evening performance from 8-10pm but community and merchandising stalls will finish at 6pm.

Stalls should be set up by 11am and off site by 6.45pm.

Completion of this form is not a guarantee that your stall will be accepted. Stalls will be selected to fit with the event and other stalls.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL STALLHOLDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TAKING THEIR RUBBISH OFF SITE

All power will be provided via 16 amp sockets.

All 13amp adapters must be provided by the trader.
Only appropriate all weather equipment can be used.

Due to limited power there are only 2 electrical appliances of up to 1Kw per trader (at extra cost).

You will be asked to provide valid PAT certificates for all electrical items prior to the event.
