About this survey

Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting people affected by cervical abnormalities and cervical cancer. This survey is for people who have had treatment for cervical abnormalities. We want to know about the care and treatment you received, as well as the emotional and physical impact of treatment. Sharing your experiences will help us further improve our services and continue to strive for excellent and appropriate care within the NHS.

This survey is for people who have had treatment for cervical abnormalities and who are living in and have been treated in the UK. If you do not currently live in the UK, you will not be able to complete this survey.

Any information or personal data you give us will be held and handled securely. All feedback will be anonymised.
