Do you need advice? Survey for people using Food Larders, Food Banks or needing emergency support in

Citizens Advice Oxford provides free advice on issues such as claiming benefits, emergency grants, reducing and managing debt, housing problems, and managing money.
We know the cost-of-living crisis is causing problems for many people in Oxford. We are thinking about working in partnership with Oxford Mutual Aid, Community Larder and CEF to reach and support as many people who are struggling with money as possible.
In this new service, our workers and volunteers would attend food banks and food larders in Oxford to provide initial advice and help people access the support they need.

We’d like your help to understand if there is a need for this service. If you think you might use it, please complete this survey to tell us about the issues you are facing and what help would be most useful. Your answers are confidential and will help us plan our new service.
