Welcome to the CAFE Disabled Spectators Guide - evaluation questionnaire!
Questionnaire objectives:
The objectives of the questionnaire are:
· To provide an overview of the aims of CAFE Disabled Spectators Guides;
· To find out how useful CAFE Disabled Spectators Guides are to disabled fans
· To obtain from users' preferred methods and time frames of sharing CAFE Disabled Spectators Guides and other relevant matchday advance information ahead of UEFA club competition finals and UEFA tournaments, and on the matchday itself.
The findings of the research will be used to support CAFE in the production of user-friendly, helpful and detailed Disabled Spectators Guides, and the dissemination of advance information in a timely manner to benefit disabled supporters attending UEFA club competition and tournament finals.
Completion of Questionnaire:
Where possible, please provide as much detail in your responses.
The questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. An accompanying glossary has been created to help completion. Terminology in the glossary are hyperlinked throughout the questionnaire.
Alternative versions of the questionnaire are available upon request. If required, the questionnaire can also be completed over telephone.

Participation in the questionnaire is entirely voluntary, and all personal information and responses received will be regarded as strictly confidential. No data will be accessed by anyone other than CAFE staff, and no contact details will be shared with third parties.
If permission has been given, CAFE staff may contact respondents to further discuss answers. By completing the questionnaire, you consent that your responses can be used in future CAFE reports and publications. No comments we publish will be attributable to respondents and no personal details will be shared.
