Swarthmoor Hall is regarded as the 17th Century birthplace of Quakerism. A Grade II* listed building, surrounded by beautiful gardens and landscape in Cumbria, it is owned by Quakers in Britain. We are planning ways to better tell the story of the early Quaker pioneers at the Hall, reinterpret the gardens and provide new visitor facilities

To help us, please complete this questionnaire and give us your feedback - whether you visit regularly or have never been before, we want to hear what you think.  The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.

This survey is being conducted by Julia Holberry Associates on behalf of Swarthmoor Hall and the Quakers in Britain.  We collect equalities data at the end of the survey to help us analyse responses and enable our project to respond to different audience needs.  However, this survey is anonymous therefore no personal data is collected and nobody will be identifiable from their answers.
