Former Langcliffe Mill

Fairhurst Stone Merchants Ltd are exploring options for the redevelopment of the former Langcliffe Mill site and are seeking the views of local residents.

Four options have been considered.  They can be viewed on the Addison Planning website (www.addisonplanning.com) following the public consultation event held on the 28th November.

Option 1 - General industrial use (continuation of existing use)
Option 2 - Re-use existing buildings but sub-divided for multiple businesses
Option 3 - Mixed use of residential dwellings and serviced office space
Option 4 - 100% residential scheme
 
To help us move forward we would like to ask you a few questions so that we can obtain your opinions on the options presented to you.  Your views are very important to us and will inform the wider decision-making process.
