Please Note:  Our service charges are set from the actual cost of the service being delivered.  Service charges pay for stair cleaning and bulk refuse pull through.  The total cost of the contract is divided by the number of tenants who receive the service and we then add the service charge to the rent account of those tenants.  We also offer a garden maintenance scheme which is an optional service.
