Welcome to our Chance to Shine application process.

2019/20 will be Durham Cricket’s fifteenth year in partnership with Chance to Shine and the programme continues to inspire thousands of state school pupils to play and learn through cricket. It also provides the opportunity to connect these children to recreational club structures including ECB’s flagship entry-level programme All Stars Cricket.

Durham Cricket will be delivering full school Chance to Shine programmes in 60 schools this coming academic year giving 5,000 youngsters their first experience in cricket and we want to work with clubs who have the drive to provide sustainable cricket opportunities and grow their junior participation numbers.

We are inviting our club network to express their interest in becoming a proactive partner in a Chance to Shine project.

If you share our drive to grow participation then please ensure that your Junior Coordinator/ Junior Committee complete our online expression of interest form by starting your application below.

Even if your Club is not looking to apply for Chance to Shine, we still ask that your Junior Coordinator/ Junior Commitee complete the following survey. If you do not want a Chance to Shine programme, the form will ask for details on junior cricket in your club and the information you give us will be valuable to our team and will be the helpful for your development officer.
