Nexus Planning and Aspinall Verdi have been instructed by Bristol City Council to undertake the Bristol City Centre Retail and Leisure Study. Our work is now recommencing in light of some of the COVID-19 restrictions being lifted and we are now beginning to gather the market research elements which will underpin the Study.

In this regard, the Study is underpinned by new market research including a household shopper survey and on-street surveys within the city centre, but our stakeholder engagement is invaluable to better understand the issues and concerns affecting landowners, businesses and residents.

As such, the following survey has been designed to enable you as stakeholders to provide us with your views, concerns and aspirations on key elements of the city centre. If there is anything further you would like to send us, please email h.lindley-clapp@nexusplanning.co.uk. Whilst we of course understand that financial matters such as rent levels, business rates and so on are exceptionally relevant, we would like to focus this survey on the policy and physical interventions within the city centre.

We would be grateful if you could provide your comments by 6pm on 25th September 2020.
