This survey has been developed to enable Bowls England to better understand the key challenges that currently face its affiliated clubs and to identify new opportunities. It also seeks to find out club’s development aspirations and their experiences of interacting with Bowls England.

There is currently a lack of detail nationally regarding bowls clubs, and therefore the information will be used by Bowls England to assist affiliated clubs and county associations in the future when responding to queries regarding various topics including facilities and participation.

Please note that all information is provided in confidence. All data will be stored in full compliance with GDPR regulations and you can stop communications relating to this work at any time by requesting to be taken off the contacts database with immediate effect.

The Executive Summary and Final Report will provide headline findings that are of benefit to the sport, but will not specifically identify individual clubs.

This research project is wholly funded by Sport England and supported by the Bowls Development Alliance.
