About the survey

This online survey asks for feedback on the Birth to 5 Matters guidance.  The Early Years Coalition* produced Birth to 5 Matters to support the sector with implementation of the EYFS reforms.

We want to find out how widely the guidance is being used, how helpful practitioners are finding it and whether any additional dissemination or support is required.  No identifiable personal data will be gathered via the survey.  The findings will be published on the Birth to 5 Matters website at www.birthto5matters.org.uk in January 2022.

Thank you in advance for your feedback. The closing date for responses is 14 December 2021.
