Our 2021 Service User survey follows on from last year, as we reflect upon the support you have received throughout the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns.
We know that for lots of you, how we support and engage with you, changed when the lockdown restrictions were put in place.
This survey remains your opportunity to tell us about your experience of Birmingham Mind’s services from your point of view.
Birmingham Mind is carrying out this survey as part of our commitment to continually improve the services we provide and in line with Public Health England's guidelines; look at how we can improve those services.
