Making big change happen is vital work. It brings positive change to our organisations, workplaces, communities and world.  It can be inspiring, engaging and deeply fulfiling.

It can also be demanding, exhausting and overwhelming.

By learning and sharing together, it gets easier.

So Psychologies Magazine have teamed up with The One Leadership Project to celebrate the launch of The Little Book of Making Big Change Happen. The book itself brings and shares wisdoms and powerful questions that Neil Scotton and Dr Alister Scott have heard, learnt and refined from years of working with teams and leaders, so that it can provide inspirational and practical help for people making big change happen. One learning is that people have so much knowledge and wisdom from their own experiences and learning. So the One leadership Project would love to give more people voice to share their learning with the world, so that other people up to good things can also be inspired and helped.

That's where you come in.

If you are up to big change, feel free to share a lesson that has helped, guided or inspired you, and that you believe will help others up to big change.

We're gathering together a small group of people who have made big change happen to select what they consider to be the ten best wisdoms. These will be included in an article in Psychologies Magazine – and get 2 free books each.

The closing date is September 30th 2017

Thank you! And again, please bear in mind that your words here may go into the public domain.
