About this Survey
This survey has been put together by Healthwatch Lincolnshire and the Living With and Beyond Cancer (LWaBC) engagement team to find out what the experience has been like for people living in Lincolnshire whose lives may have been affected by a cancer diagnosis.
Gathering feedback on what support is available and what people need to be available, will help to inform those who design these services to know what is needed the most.
