* 9. This free event is available to all members. Attendance, evening dinner and site visit are all included. Accommodation is not included. However, all attendees qualify for the AD Network £100 Travel Bursary which may be used for Accommodation/Travel. Contact us for details. If you have any access, dietary or other requirements please state these below or by email.

If, after registration, you are unable to attend, you must let us know by email (adnet@soton.ac.uk) not less than 3 calendar weeks before the event or the AD Network reserves the right to charge for non-attendance.

Successful applicants will be informed of their place at the event after the registration deadline. We recommend that you register early to avoid disappointment. Please do not pre-book travel until you have received confirmation of a place.
