Your Views on Mental Health Community Support

The Derby City & Derbyshire County council mental health teams are redesigning their mental health services for young people in the community and, want to know what young people need. This survey has been created by young people for young people. You must be between the ages of 14 to 25 years old and live in Derby/Derbyshire to complete this survey. We’d like to hear from young people from all backgrounds. This survey aims to find out what different kinds of help people need. This includes mental health prevention, early intervention and help while on waiting lists or waiting for appointments.
