During these unprecedented and challenging times for the public transport sector, the Global Air Rail Alliance is pulling together the experiences of Air Rail operators around the world to share best practice and lessons within the community that will hopefully benefit everyone.

While we appreciate these are difficult times for all, from our conversations with operators in many countries it has been suggested that such a sharing of experience would be of great value. As a result, we would welcome the chance for you to share your planning and experiences in maintaining essential services while prioritising passenger safety and well-being.

Your honesty and willingness to share will undoubtedly be of benefit to others, so we have prepared a short Q&A below that should only take a few minutes to complete. Of course, if you have other issues that you wish to share – or even seek advice on – with more detailed answers we would be happy to act as a conduit between operators of similar systems if this is of use.
