* 1. Do you agree with the principles that underpin our equality and health inequalities strategy?

Principles:

a. We will collaborate with other agencies and sectors that are working to improve the health and wellbeing of populations across Sandwell and West Birmingham. 

b. Take a life course approach to ensure that resources and capacity are invested in addressing inequalities where need is greatest, therefore maximising opportunities to improve population and individual health and wellbeing.

c. Change our relationship with individuals and communities from passive recipients of health services to active agents of positive change.
