Patient research experience survey

Dear Health Research Participant

Staff in the NHS research team that have supported your participation in health research are working to improve the research service for you, the patients. We are interested to learn where your participation in NHS research has gone well or not so well. To collect this information, we are asking research participants to complete this anonymous questionnaire. 

The information you provide will be used to:

Help us understand what works best for patients in the way we do research in the NHS
Help us understand where we can make changes to make sure that patients participating in research have the best possible experience
Draft reports for senior managers to consider and act upon as part of continuous improvement

It may also be used for example in:
Publicity about the value of research to patients
Illustrating reports about research

 

It will not be possible to identify you from any information we share.
